The apartment is set on a hill and has the mountain at its back and the sea in front. The apartment has an outstanding view of the coast from Alicante to Torrevieja. Tabarca Island is just in front of its 25 sqm terrace. If you are looking for a calm and beautiful place, with the sea at your feet and the mountain at your back, This is your PARADISE!!

The apartment is spaciously arranged and comfortably furnished. There is a double bed in the main bedroom and two twins beds in the other. Fully fitted kitchen with a microwave, electric cooker, fridge/freezer and all necessary cooking utensils, cookery and cutlery. There is a large lounge / diner with a dining table that seats six people and also has a great sea view. Television (CNN).

There is also a fully tiled bathroom with shower. All modern amenities are provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The property is very clean and you are asked to leave the property clean on departure.

Double sofa bed, coffee table and reading light. A large terrace has the sun all day and overlooks the beach from where you can see the island of Tabarca, which is three miles off the Cape of Santa Pola, declared a Maritime Reserve in 1986.

It can be visited throughout the year by boat (you can see them going past from the balcony) which takes about 25 minutes. Terraces furnitures are also provide ( 1 dinning table, 4 chairs, 2 sun beds)

Various routes either stepped or by road, lead you to the promenade and the rocky coastline below known as the Calas de Santa Pola del Este. We like people to be aware that if you take the stepped route there are approximately 150 steps down (and hence UP) so if you’re planning on walking all your holiday then a pending hip replacement might be a problem!
